Spacious rooms, clean lines, and a variety of settings allow for flexibility and creativity. The outdoor area includes a private backyard with a pool & spa and an adjacent covered lounge area with an outdoor kitchen.
The house is 2 levels. On the main level is the Master Bedroom and Bath, Large Kitchen, Dining/Living Area, and Office. The upper floor contains 1 guest bedroom, a large common area, and 2 bathrooms. The backyard offers a 30x18 pool and spa with a covered lounge and outdoor kitchen.
There is ample street parking.
