Built in 1901. 2,120 sq. feet, 4 floors. It has hardwood flooring, wood doors, two entrances on stairwell. The house has Victorian type furniture. The living room has a piano and the parlor has a crystal chandelier. Open attic that runs the length of the house. Basement is newer concrete/foundation but unfinished. The kitchen is 50's style kitchen. Upstairs there is 4 rooms. Two bedrooms, a small study, and a enclosed front porch on both levels. This may not be a fancy style Victorian home, it still has a lot of charm and beauty from it's time. Be a great place to film a old time period or even a spooky movie. We have 2 bathrooms, heat/electric, fridge/microwave. The house is currently being used for overnight paranormal rentals.
