This is an 82 acre property with multiple buildings. 3 Hours from Toronto 2 hours from Ottawa The front half of the property is dense coniferous woods with 4 outbuildings and lots of parking near the road. Two of the buildings are old small original barns buildings once used for chicken coup and pig pen with a market garden attached. The other 2 buildings are newer garage like buildings. There is a 300m dirt road drive way that leads up the hill to the house and 2 car garage, The house was built in the 90s and is an open concept home with large windows that look out onto the property up the hill to the large field in the center of the property. The second half of the property consist of deciduous maple, birch and pine forest with a large open air sugar shack. The property has 3 small ponds and seasonal streams. There are hundreds of wild apple trees, 5 large hunting blinds and old stone walls zigzagging the property. On the edge of the field, out of sight of the house, is a small 2 bedroom cabin with a wood stove in the main room and porch off one side.
