Hawaii n Ft. Lauderdale! This beautiful private home is sitting on the water with gorgeous views of the sunset. This is a resort style setting without having to travel to a resort. A large Tiki with a bar and a pool, what more could you ask for. Also, with us you can have a marina setting, a restaurant, hotel, a resort setting, a club and a beach setting all in one!!
We are located in a very quiet, private community. (No Association) This location provides the perfect environment for a commercial, film, photo shoots, tv shows, Movies, music videos, Corporate events, networking events, a book signing and so much more! We accept both private or non-private events. Plenty of parking for camera and film crew.

Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
