Downstairs features an impressive living, dining and family room with an elevated ceiling. This entertainment home is designed with a surround sound theatre room that is adjacent to the wet bar. Parallel to the wide, open dining area is a chef’s gourmet kitchen paired with top of the line Gaggenau stainless steel appliances. A dedicated wok kitchen also features a sliding screen door that provides fresh air from the backyard. There is also an in-law ensuite downstairs that comes with a separate entrance.
