Large fire pit for burning or bomb fires. Big beautiful oak tree in the back by the Gazebo with lots of squirrels. The home sits right across from a 10 acre Forest/jungle parcel on the bay front. Home also has private easement that leads to the bay. 10 or more cars could park on the property. Craft tables and meal prep are welcome on property. This location is film/Production friendly.
