We can offer a gorgeous level outdoor space with spectacular lake views. We have 300 feet of waterfront with sandy bottom. The lake is very shallow becoming deep past the dock. There is easy entry with stairs. In the distance you can see the beautifully treed Haliburton highlands. Our street is quiet with more traffic on weekends. The road is rural to the left of us with few properties and to the right has more cottages/homes. Our road is level and well maintained year round. We have a wooden privacy fence with a man-door and large swinging gate to accommodate vehicles. We have a small airport approximately 3km from us (Stanhope Airport). We have a small river with a bridge that crosses our road just a few feet from our house. We often see beaver and deer here. This river is a beautiful, quiet and a very private place for kayaking. Our home is a comfortable two bedroom bungalow. The main floor has open concept kitchen, living and dining rooms. There is a large picture window looking at the lake. The basement (which has another bedroom) is completely finished with a modern cottage vibe with natural pine walls and white washed ceilings. Outdoor shower. There is a large deck off the lake side of the house as well as an entrance on the road side. We have ample and level parking.
