The property has been used for multiple movie production from Easy Rider, Red Dawn, speechless, and now Roswell TV series. The building has a 8,000 sqft bottom floor, and a loft area of 2,000 sqft. Building has beautiful tin ceilings, wooden flooring and open space. In the late 1800's the building was the largest clothing store in New Mexico, and during world war 2 it was a parachute factory. The ceilings are 15ft tall from floor to tin tile ceilings.
