This house is located 2 minutes down the road from Tyler Perry's House used in most of the Madea films. It is off of Avon Avenue and appears to be a ranch from the street but it has a full basement.
It is on .46 acres in the city and has a driveway that goes around to the back of the house. Must have combination for backyard access.
Upon walking into the house, you walk into a small foyer with a closet and into the living room with a fireplace (non-working). The rooms are to the right and the dining area, kitchen, basement access are on the left side of the living room. You can also access the backyard from a door in the kitchen. The door leads to steps that lead down to the backyard and a portion of the driveway.
The front yard is huge, especially for city living.
We are about 7 minutes from the Mercedes Benz Stadium and about 4 minutes from Tyler Perry Studios.
