Literally, the perfect location for a home shoot-- even for a large crew. Spacious yard at the end of a private neighborhood cul-de-sac. We have a long driveway where multiple cars can park but there is also a small 8-car parking lot right next to our home. Large trucks permitted.
Our yard is 1 1/4 acre, has multiple mature trees, rolling berms, lots of yard and a river (sometimes) running through our backyard. Absolutely picturesque.
Our home is full of traditional details (molding, french doors, brick interior wall, etc) but with a more modern palette and decorative features.
Our upstairs/family/kitchen/living has 8' ceilings but natural light and large open spaces. We have rented it out to a large production company before and there were at least 20 people + equipment in the front main living area, at one time. We were told by the crew, our home is perfect for production.
We are very flexible and can be out within 48 hours notice.

Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
