This large corner 1930s semi-detached house is located in a leafy part of South Liverpool. There is parking in the front of the house which is situated at the side entrance. Further parking is a two minute drive away. The ground floor consists of a long and wide hall with a stained glass window adjacent to the front door; also there are two spacious front and rear rooms and a modern kitchen. There is a wide staircase and landing leading to 3 bedrooms, a modern bathroom and ample furnished loft space on the top floor. Outside consists of a small garden in the front and at the side of the house there is a long narrow lawned area and a privet hedge running along side. There is also a patio area, a detached garage and an outside toilet; also a driveway and easy access to a gated entry at the rear of the house. All period features have been maintained and the house is painted and decorated in a contemporary colour scheme.
