Updated Home In Muskoka On 1 Acre Lot

Located a short 5 minute drive north of Bracebride, Ontario on a 1 acre, partially wooded lot featuring a creek. Our home was built in the 70's and gutted and updated with more modern finishes in 2020. The property itself is a charming mix of different use spaces from heavily to lightly wooded areas, meadowed/naturally grass areas, a short but whimsical path down the back to a wooded setting with a fire pit, woodburning, cedar sauna all backing onto a creek which runs along the full length property on northern perimeter. The railroad runs in the bush past the back of the property and comes once in the day, once at night. There is also a huge gravel driveway with opportunity to park several mixed use/capacity vehicles. There is electricty and water available. Washrooms are available, however we are on a septic so please be sure not to flush certain items. Additional facilities can be brought in as well if necessary. Our family of three has a small French Bulldog pup who will leave the premises with us if necessary or can be crated and managed by leash if outdoor filming is occuring. Dog waste in the yard is cleaned up on a very regular basis with extra patrol in advance of location bookings. Smoking is permitted outside only and ashtrays will be provided. Both adults in the home work from home, however we do have additional residence to move into during filming as necessary and will not pose an issue. In saying that, property is available for booking any/all times. Installation of custom trim and basement window casings in residence still ongoing, will be completed in full by March 31, 2021.
