This 1560 sq ft very unique open loft is located in classic Gastown. Heritage features include authentic original brick and huge 20 foot beams above a twelve foot ceiling.
This warehouse built in 1904 was converted into my daughters Dream Home in 2020 adding features from its original build in 2008.
Seven large wooden windows feature the Vancouver mountains- a large island helps cooks and chefs in front of a modern kitchen. The custom $6000.00 oak table comfortably sits 8 and is magical.
Natural light everywhere helps feature the brick walls and hardwood floors. Two bathrooms help create a perfect atmosphere for any gathering or photo shoot,

Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
