Huge private property on the hill, over 2 acres total area, no visual from neighbors. Complete privacy, Total about 5000sf of decks. 700sf second kitchen , covered bar area - about 700sf. This facility primary use is for filming and corporate events etc. We have about 34 of modern professional stackable outdoor chairs if needed (these much better than standard ones ).
