Our space is .86 acre lot surrounded by lush ficus for complete privacy, nestled in a lair of yellow and green bamboo, over 50 palm trees, vines and orchids always in bloom what flowers are in bloom change throughout the year. We do have a special feature, in the pictures the vine that is on the Arch is a Moonflower. If you would like these flowers for your pictures make sure to take times it is in bloom for your booking into consideration. These beautiful large white flowers are in bloom only till 8am, then they die and new ones bloom late afternoon from 5:30pm on… The property is rustic with a tropical Bali feel giving you serene and tranquil vibes. It is perfectly landscaped for an outdoor production such as: - Film Shoots - Photo Shoots - Movie Shoots - Commercial Shoots - Filmed Interviews - Fitness Videos - Documentaries - Promo Videos - Other creative production projects The front of the property has large oaks with a swing and a koi pond beautifully landscaped with a crossing bridge. The backyard has a: -Pool with spa - Tiki Hut - Two Pergolas (one with a tanning bed and the other furnished for a bonfire and seating) - Outdoor gym - Coffee Nooks - Hammock -Giant arch with moonflower vine -Wooden arch water feature -Round swing - Outdoor kitchen with bar. *Photoshoots are to be conducted only outdoors. Both the front and backyard can be used.
