Filming, Photo Shoots, and Production Please be up front with what you’re looking to do, and we’ll be happy to work with you to make your project a success! Holds Dates are available on a first book/first serve basis and will not be held without a deposit or reservation. 3. Scouting We are happy to accommodate initial location scouts provide the rate and hourly minimum are met for the reservation date. We will only accommodate 1 scout prior to a booking reservation being made. All scouts are subject to availability, and we will not accommodate scouts during other guests reservations/productions. 4. Overtime All bookings start and end times are inclusive of setup and tear down time, so please include that in your reservation. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. 5. Cleaning & Damages Guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guests must remove any equipment you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Please take care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. No glitter or confetti can be used. Smoking inside space, animals, or excessive mess will lead to an additional cleaning fee. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file. A walk-through is required before and after all bookings. 6. Miscellaneous Once parked, no moving the TinyHome unless previously agreed. Only a licensed professional with a CDL B will be allowed to operate the vehicle. We are open to provide you a qualified driver at a fee.
