Welcome! Our "urban cabin" is spacious and cozy with high-speed Internet. In the living room, you can enjoy the sunshine from the skylights or cozy up near the fireplace. Then when it's time to sleep, you can find a fully furnished bedroom with a fully stocked bathroom next to it. In the mornings, wake up refreshed our coffee station (coffee pot, fridge, & microwave). We're located in a quiet neighborhood that's a short drive to anywhere in the Triangle.

Productions may cancel their booking up to 5 days before their production start time and will receive an 80% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
