The building built in 1908 has been an entertainment mainstay in Vancouver for over a century. We’ve designed this space to fit different aesthetics and needs while being a space like no other. The main room is large 7000sq, which includes a spacious dance floor, bar-lined perimeter, 2 luxury VIP sections, a raised DJ booth that can be removed to create a larger staging area, a Funktion-One sound system, over-the-top lights and visuals to create any ambience or enhance any theme. The downstairs area of the nightclub is a secondary rental option - an open floor plan basement space that offers a beautiful, raw, warehouse-like feel, ideal for art shows and private events alike. With a built-in Mappable LED ceiling and a complete sound system, it is not an ordinary event space; it can be used for fun concepts and activations incorporating the eclectic aesthetic and space. For talent, the space also offer artist green rooms and dressing rooms available downstairs. The entire space has five bathrooms, two upstairs and three downstairs.

Productions may cancel their booking up to 5 days before their production start time and will receive an 80% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
