This property started out as a Chero-Cola bottling plant. When I bought it it was a warehouse for glass making.
I’ve since spent 5 years renovating into my house. I reused all the wood rafters as flooring and siding on the inside. The exterior is brick and features many of the original ghost signs.
There are two rooftop areas that are fully landscaped.
There are two kitchens which could provide areas for two different shoots if needed.
There is a garage that could be used for a few vehicles but plants of street parking to suit any need at all.

Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
