We live on 1/4 acre in a residential neighborhood in the municipality of Saanich with the city of Victoria. Our house was built in 1960, 2200 square feet with an additional 400 sq ft covered deck off kitchen/dining room with a large fire table and loads of seating. We have a,separate patio in yard with a 4 man soft tub. We grow fruit of many varieties. Our decor inside house is eclectic, antiques mixed with modern. Oversized Chintz and Co couch. Formal dinning room attached to living room (large space). Finished basement with a 2 part harley shop, craft/gym room. We are accommodating, have loads of parking and also have ax5th wheel and motorhome on site.
