This home is located in the heart (center) of Charlotte. It is roughly 15 mins from every desirable location. It is also close to the light rail. This location is great if you’d like to create a sense of peace of mind and relaxing atmosphere.
You have complete access to the living room, dining room, kitchen, deck and porch. The front porch is shaded by the trees which provides a cool area to sit outside and relax. The side deck is great for a group of friends to come together and enjoy the space! It also comes equipped with a umbrella that provides shade during the hottest time of the day and led lighting during the night. The bedroom has a private bathroom and theme aligned with the solar plexus and color yellow. This includes, books, art and plants. The living room has a beautiful fireplace and lovely green couches that complement the plants and artwork in the room. The kitchen has an island with a deep sink, hanging pot holder, dark cabinets and beautiful tile. The dining room also accompanies the kitchen and the open floor plan.
