This home offers a retreat: an experience of serenity and a centered state. It has features of hand-selected, antique and vintage furnishings, bright and full windows that captivate the various colors, fabrics and accent pieces, and an abundant assortment of air-purifying plants.
It is in a quiet neighborhood only 5 miles from the center of the city. The outdoor space captures the best of every season including in it: trees, grass, stone-work, a sauna and cold plunge, outdoor seating and a green house.
*Note: As a result of COVID-19, 'Force of Nature' is being used to clean this household between each guest. 'Force of Nature' is an EPA Registered Anti Viral Cleaner that is non-toxic. All cleaning supplies and detergents are natural with no artificial scents.

Productions may cancel their booking up to 5 days before their production start time and will receive an 80% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
