Beautiful garage space with a built in bar/kitchen, living room and offices. The bar has a full kitchen with fridge and stove, with beautiful countertops and background. Features beautiful woodwork, and is perfect for kitchen, bar and all types of scenes for your production.
There is also a living room style seating area to relax and/or shoot in.
The garage space is filled with beautiful cars, available for rent at additional cost, and can be used as great backdrops in production. The garage can also be emptied so you can create sets or bring in your own vehicles. There are two large garage doors for brining in cars and cargo, and equipment.
We also offer 55 acres of land, which can be used for many different purposes.
Depending on what you need it for, the prices can change. Can and exotics are also available for additional prices. Feel free to shoot me a message and we can figure something out.

Productions may cancel their booking up to 5 days before their production start time and will receive an 80% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
