Welcome to our lovely home! A wonderful house with tonnes of charm, space and features from the 1920s through to the 2020s.
As a retired couple with a second home in Toronto and a cottage in nearby Georgian Bay, we are absolutely flexible on timing and can accommodate last-minute requests, overtime should the shoot require additional time and extended production location needs.
We have loads of parking on both sides of our home for all production vehicles. A spacious detached garage will is great for both storage and a place of refuge in inclement weather.
We have daily rental rates and offer discounts for production schedules that go beyond 3 days.

Productions may cancel their booking up to 5 days before their production start time and will receive an 80% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
