TINY HOME: Professionally designed and opened in 2019. Featured in magazines and majorly popular with airbnb travelers. Tiny home is called the "Magic Mountain Bungalow" and is booked almost year round with guests. Request early for access.
MAIN HOME: The single family, clutter-free home features new floors, tasteful paint, mountain views & remodeled kitchen. The home additionally has custom woodworking (crown moulding, wainscoting, mantels and trim) giving a modern craftsman style. The exterior was freshly painted in October 2017.
PROPERTY
The entire lot size is 12,000 square feet. The tiny home bungalow itself is 300 square feet. The main home is 1387 sq ft. There's a large slope in the backyard that is filled with wildflowers.
BACKYARD
The backyard has a large grassy area with mountain views and a shed that's been converted into a fully-finished home gym. There's also a large treehouse that's been fully insulated with a slide and ninja warrior course.
ACCESS
Located close to the 5 fwy (30 sec drive) but with no fwy noise. Easy access for large RVs and trailers. LOTS and lots of street parking.

Productions may cancel their booking up to 5 days before their production start time and will receive an 80% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
