The house can be opened up to include the 5,000 square foot space. The house is divided into 2 residences front and back. It's a fully remodeled historic home in an established neighborhood within walking distance to downtown and the college. The home sits on 3 lots with mature trees and raised bed gardens. Each bedroom has personality and an eclectic flair. Each space is uniquely designed and decorated with 10 foot ceilings and lots of windows. The attic space is truly special and unfinished with large windows and loads of character.
The back of the home is readily available as is the yard and hot tub. We have a six car garage, plenty of storage and parking.
