This house is great for filming commercials or productions for television and film. With so many different spaces to film in and an abundance of natural light, this location goes on for days. Two large kitchens, formal dining and living room. Two offices (one traditional and the other more modern and relaxed). Pool with fire pit, outdoor cooking and dining locations. 3 different patio options for sitting or for filming.
We are exceptionally flexible and look forward to hosting your production. All productions must be accompanied by insurance. All minors need to have an adult present. No smoking permitted on premises.
