There are 4 full sized bedrooms and one smaller bedroom that all offer a different aesthetic, as well as an impressive dry bar/piano room and sun room. The double lot garden means plenty of natural light coming in through the original leaded windows and lots of flowering flowers and plants around the home. The large new back yard patio facing the garden is a great space as well. We have had previous shoots create 7 or more different "looks" within the 1st floor spaces alone in a multi-day interview shoot.
Abandoned for 7 years, this home has been meticulously restored by the best craftsman in the city and now sits as one of the most beautifully restored, and designed homes in the area. The property also has one of the only double lot gardens with wrap around fence for privacy. The home went through a meticulous 2 year restoration after 7 years of abandonment. The original Leaded windows have been restored, along with most of the homes gorgeous plaster details, curved ceilings, steam heat system, and fabulous woodwork.
