Nestled in a rolling wooded lot, the main part of our home was built in 1808 of rubble stone. Some original floors remain as well as three stone fireplaces. The original spring house is on the property, but is in disrepair and the original barn can be seen on a neighboring property. The two modern additions boast soaring ceilings with huge picture windows, two fire places, and an enormous entertaining space.
Please note that decor and landscaping may change. We do our best to update listing photos timely, however if there is a feature you are most interested in using for your set we can provide current images.
Smoking permitted outside only. Use of restroom and kitchen included. One dog lives in the home and will be boarded during filming.

Productions may cancel their booking up to 5 days before their production start time and will receive an 80% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
