Bright and open morning room located at the back of a large 2-story home in a quiet neighborhood. The morning room, which is off the kitchen, has views of the deck and the large green backyard, which you are welcomed to use. Dining table seats 8. There is a 55 inch smart TV on a mobile TV stand that's available for your use and a whiteboard on an easel stand. One free coffee or tea and a small snack per guest. Guests have access to a Keurig machine, electric kettle, toaster, microwave, coffee cups, cream & sugar, etc.
This home is located up to 10 minutes from the main shopping, restaurants, and entertainment.
