Lake Side Property

This property is steps away from Lake Okanagan in British Columbia, Canada. My home is a double wide mobile home with a vaulted ceiling in the combined living/dining room with ceiling beams. There is a south facing sun room looking out at the lake. The living room and south sunroom both have gas fireplaces. There are 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has an large ensuite bathroom with a 2 sink vanity and bathtub. The smaller bathroom has a walk in shower. There is a west facing sunroom that also acts like a porch that runs almost the length of the home. There is a single car garage with power and additional parking of 6 more vehicles. The grassy yard hosts a shed also with power. West Kelowna has sunny, hot summers and mild winters, surrounded by mountains offering skiing and hiking trails. The Okanagan area is famous for being wine country and orchards of all kinds of fruit. The city of Kelowna across the large lake from West Kelowna hosts a new and beautiful university. As I just moved in to the home, I will be redecorating in a style which agrees with me so I am very open to having the home's interior and/or exterior painted different colours or furniture moved or rearranged to suit your company's needs.
