House Museum

The Museum is a hand-built work of art that Bahamian historian and artist Ashley Saunders was inspired by swimming with wild dolphins to create over the last 28 years. The entire structure's interior and exterior at three stories high is covered with tiled mosaics of marine life using donated and recycled materials. The museum's second floor boasts a large living area, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The third-floor rooftop provides stunning views of the Atlantic ocean and Bimini’s bay. Smoking is prohibited on the inside of the museum's property. Large animals are prohibited on the inside of the museum's property. Special care must be taken to avoid any damage to tiled floors or damage to artwork on the museum's interior walls and exterior walls and staircases. A $1500 refundable deposit will be required before filming can begin on the museum's premises.
