Our unique property is a 1825 Greek Revival Romantic Colonial, with some modern updates, set on two acres, with a large L-Shaped In-ground pool, slide, and decking, lovely yard with gardens, large screened-in custom gazebo, with electricity, cable, and ceiling fan. The property includes a shuffleboard court, brick patio, with a hot tub, and hot water shower. There are several patio sets between the pool area, and brick patio. There are three fireplaces, a large pantry, used as a laundry room, or office. Two original porches (one with heat), are being used as offices. Our home, and property are very unique, and referred to by many of our friends and family, as "The Bursey Ranch."

Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
