Located in Historical Saint Martinville Louisiana across from Longfellow-Evangeline State Historic Site and conveniently located for all of your recreational needs. The property includes a butt load of shade and yard. Still has the rustic look and feel but modern taste for comfort. Country and large enough for a lot of things. The house sits on 1.5 acre wooded Oak Tree lot. Neighboring little barn with horses just behind my property and city Main street out in front of lot. No loud music.
