Luxurious Beach House On Secluded Beach

Located in a quiet neighborhood away from the busy streets of Nassau, this beach house provides all the amenities you need while still giving the feel of being away in an outer island destination. The beach is a very quiet beach with very few visitors to it. The water is very shallow and you can walk out a long way before it gets deeper than waist height. Also nearby are a couple small islands without any buildings on them at all. An inground pool and pool bar are in the back garden. A full patio set with chairs and sofas are provided by the pool as well as a large eating area and sun chairs. The pool area is quiet large and a large area under the balcony can fit a lot of equipment within automatic storm shutters should they need to be protected from rain or other elements. The property is completely fenced with keycode access from the beach, road and vehicle gate. Easy to control and restrict access, lots of parking space inside the gate with even more outside the gate on the road and an empty lot for parking a short walk down the road as well. The kitchen area is large and has a very long counter. A double main sink as well as a larger sink at the back of the counter. The kitchen includes built in oven, microwave and heating oven. Two combination fridges and freezers are in the kitchen as well as a large variety of kitchen appliances. The two upstairs back bedrooms open up on to the large balcony with views of the sea and beach. These doors are also double doors and the balcony very wide making it easy to move equipment around on the balcony as well. This balcony is also equipped with storm shutters that can be lowered to protect equipment from the rain or other elements. Their are three bathrooms for the four upstairs bedrooms. The bathroom in the main bedroom has a large glass and ceramic shower with triple faucets (regular, top rain style and opposite side wall). The combination of glass doors and room to maneuver behind makes it ideal for filming in the shower scenes. Fully equipped, also comes with use of kayaks and paddle boards if needed.
