A swiss chalet style home, upper floor is larger than the first, overlooking a pond with forest beyond. To the right is the dead Pine, and at the edge of the treeline and only feet away from the house is the chicken coop. Between the house and pond is a stone boat jutting out of the small hill that rolls towards the pond. A Hobitt house built from a large old stump and a Smurfs home away from home in wooden red capped with white spots mushroom house.
To the left of the house is the parking lot, a separate yard area, the shop turned air bnb, a tiny house beyond the air bnb, with the fenced in dog area, and right beside the house is a train track garden with small pond.

Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
