150+ year old farm house, barn, two garages, and chicken coop (with eleven chickens) on ten acres that runs beside the Raisin River. 1.5 acres contains the buildings and lawn, and the remaining 8.5 acres is a field with mixed crops/ indigenous plants. I am the fourth generation to live on this land and acknowledge that this land was stolen from the of the Kanyen'keh:ka (Mohawk), Huron-Wendat, Haudenosaunee and W̱SÁNEĆ peoples. This area was referenced as Nutfield Tract in Treaty 57, and is now called south eastern Ontario in the colonial systems. The treaties were never honoured so I will be using funds from rentals to sustain the reparations farm and artist residency.

Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
