This property is located in Golfwood village, only a short drive from Pearson Airport. This neighborhood will make you feel like your in the 'country' with large mature trees, huge lots, tons of greenery and garden galore.
Minimal street traffic in this area and lots of parking on the driveway, enough for 6 cars. Street parking during the day is no problem.
The interior features are:
-open concept living and dining room with large kitchen island, stainless steel appliances, modern furnishings, and huge windows for tons of natural light.
-there is a 'great room off the dining room with stunning ceiling beams, a stone wall with gas fireplace, large ceiling fan, a large flat screen TV, and glass railings. This room has double doors leading out to the fantastic backyard where you can enjoy outdoor dining, a kids playground, gardens, mature trees and more.
-there are 3 bedrooms. 2 bedrooms have double sized beds and one bedroom has a king sized bed.
-renovated bathroom on main floor.
Family is able to stay in the basement suite while filming is taking. Basement suite is fully separate with separate entrance. place OR we are able to move to a hotel if necessary.
