On our country property, you’ll find a host of various spaces including rustic fields, a 100+ year old severely distressed barn, and a 100+ distressed, dilapidated shack with a falling-in porch. Depending on which location you’re interested in, you can easily shift tone and mood and run the gamut from creepy gothic horror to down home and rustic.
Heavily wooded area (40 acres) only accessible by foot path behind the owner’s home can also be used for filming.
Entire main property (including owner’s small home, barn, and vintage shack) sits on slightly over 8 acres. Access to the inside of the vintage distressed shack can be negotiated.
The production company accepts the extremely distressed shape of both shack and barn and will be responsible for safety of cast and crew during entire filming schedule.
85-90% of the footage in Beaux Gris Gris & The Apocalypse’s music video “Louisiana Good Ride” was shot on site, including the fields, inside and outside the shack, and the barn.

Productions may cancel their booking up to 5 days before their production start time and will receive an 80% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
