It's an inviting mid-century modern home in the hills of Eugene, OR. Very close to the University of Oregon and shops/restaurants, etc. I call it a sanctuary because it's serene, beautiful and invites you to take a breath.
It's a two-story house, 1800 sf with a beautiful organic garden. It has a carport that can park 2 in tandem and maybe 2 cars along the fence along the street. It has a deck which is perfect for watching the sun set. From all the bedrooms, you have a beautiful view.
It has high ceilings with large window that let in a lot of light and original wood beams. Furnishings are minimalist in mid-century style. Yet the space is inviting and cozy.
2 bedrooms plus a loft and 2.5 baths. it's a special place.
