Welcome to my 560 square foot one bedroom in the heart of Mt. Pleasant, the most diverse and trendy neighbourhood in Vancouver. Just minutes from downtown, you can find anything you are looking for just steps away - restaurants, breweries, shopping, art galleries, food trucks and public transit. I have transformed my apartment to mix the luxuries of todays building construction combined with a throwback to an industrial feel that Mt. Pleasant was built on back in the 19th century. Within my apartment you will find a washer/dryer, full kitchen, wifi, cable/PVR, hair dryer, iron, blender and ample storage. A closet in the front entrance and a full dresser to accommodate all your clothing and storage needs. Full kitchen with blender, food processor and a table that seats 4 if you want to take a night inside and cook instead of eating out. The sectional sofa folds out into a bed that sleeps two. You will find everything you need within my apartment if you just want to sit in and rest up from your daily outings in a relaxing environment, or work if you are here on business. My apartment is east facing and you get glimpses of the North Shore Mountains and morning sun. You will have access to a roof top patio that boasts views of the North Shore Mountains as well as the Vancouver skyline. There is another second floor patio that you will also have access to that has seating and a green space. This unit comes with 1 underground parking stall in P3 and access to a fully functioning gym on the main floor that contains weights, cardio equipment and a cable machine. Guest access You will have access to the entire apartment including underground parking, the gym, second floor and roof top patio as well as the garbage and recycling room. Other things to note Please note that extra time will be allocated to thoroughly clean and disinfect the entire apartment after each guest.
