It faces away from the street, so noise is never an issue here. The space is a great venue for hosting events, gatherings, and meetings.
This space includes a main room of 160 sq ft along with a working kitchen that allows for extra storage/staging space, as well as storing, preparing, and heating of food and/or refreshments.
