Large college campus built in the 1960's. It was formerly occupied by Bethany College and has recently been taken over by the Town of Hepburn. The Town of Hepburn is located 40 km north of Saskatoon, SK. The Town of Hepburn is a quiet town with 700 residents and the campus resides right on the edge of town.
Huge windows and sky lights allow for an abundance of natural light. The building includes many unique touches such as vintage fire alarms, thermostats, wood ceilings and exposed brick. The sprawling property allows for plenty of privacy.
