Our home built in 1986 is off the main street...a long driveway leads to the house. The home is surrounded on the front, side and back by beautiful tall trees.
The home has an entrance area with high ceilings. The kitchen has modern appliances with a retro look. There's a sunroom and large mother in law suite.
The back has a sun room and an entertainment room...the front has the main front door and a side door from the mother in law suite. One of the owners is a massage therapist if the actors or production staff need relief or relaxation.
The house is in western Henrico County, near two shopping malls and many hotels, and restaurants. I-64, I-95 and I-295 are nearby and lead to the City of Richmond, capital of Virginia about 20 minute distance to the east of the dwelling.

Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
