A 1940 build Kitsilano space with the main floor renovated to two open plan areas - one bedroom/ensuite and the other for living/cooking/dining with good lines of sight. A very large deck on the back (partially roofed) is mirrored with another deck over the carport both good for swing space. Both are sheltered by an old walnut tree. Kitchen equipment includes gas range/oven, microwave, MagInduction builtin in, Miele dishwasher (quiet), LG refridgerator (another fridge in the basement). Other equipment includes: sous vide, Vitamix, KitchenAid mixer, InstantPot, heavy stone mortars (2). Wine decanters, stemware, and other items for entertaining. Decor is mainly Asian (Southwest, South, Southeast, and East). Street parking available and space for one vehicle in carport. Easy access through carport for equipment. Power is 240 amps (according to BC Hydro). Gas line runs to the house for cooking, including two outlets on the main deck.
