Our cozy 1924 arts and crafts cottage, is painted a coastal sea blue, and has been renovated extensively. The kitchen is large and contemporary with two-tone white and sage green cabinetry. The front door opens into an open plan living /dining room. The living room is very cozy with bookcases and a gas fireplace. Upstairs are two cozy bedrooms, with low-level, gabled roofs. Our basement is a separate, legal, two-bedroom suite with a small living room and bathroom. We have a lovely landscaped garden in the front and back of the house.
