Massive pie lot backing onto the Scarborough Bluffs with about 150+ feet of unobstructed lakeview and access to the rocky shoreline of lake Ontario below. The property has a wonderful garden with an eclectic mix of camper vans on site. There is a large patio with a fire pit. The sunsets and sunrises are incredible. The filming options and usages are limitless. Parking for 6 vehicles on the property with a locking gate. It has a very Ontario cottage-like campy bohemian feeling. Note: There is no municipal water on the site and there is a small apiary on the property (3 bee hives) they are out of the way. Often used for wedding pictures.
