Our family also lives across the street from the House 1 property so neighbors shouldn't ever be a problem. There is only one other person who periodically vacations on weekends at the end of the street. House 1 - located at 25 Beach View Drive is a 3-4 bedroom, 2 bathroom lake house. 200 feet of lake frontage. Fully enclosed year round porch. Covered boat dock with automatic lift, fits our 26 foot ski boat. Beautiful scenes all year long. House 2 - property located at 4 Beach View Dr is an old A frame that is empty Property 3 - another property steps from the other 2 that is an empty lot. Spring and Summer - Whether shooting in the warm weather on a beach, boat, jet ski's, to fishing and relaxing and BBQ'ing. Our flat beach has 200 feet of frontage on the lake. With a hobie cat, paddleboards, and endless water activities. Fall - the weather is perfect for any filming. Perfect temperature and beautiful foliage. The changing colors is something to enjoy while "leaf peeping". Shooting in the winter? We've got snowmobiles with trails that go right to Canada simply crossing our lake to the trails.
