Wilory Farm is on 12 open acres that straddle Hays and Guadalupe County. The main house has been converted into an arts center and can be fully rented. There are two bathrooms stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. There's a full kitchen that's fully stocked with colorful dishware, cooking utensils, pots, and pans, dishtowels, and supplies. The kitchen is also stocked with commercial coffee pots and supplies to feed a crew of up to 20 guests. There's a dishwasher, stove, washer, dryer, and refrigerator. There are 25 portable chairs, multiple folding tables, and outdoor movie set up, internet, and a big screen TV.
There is also plenty of parking and a covered carport. There are two covered porches; both with scenic overlooks. There is a wheelchair ramp to accommodate those with mobility issues. There's a cute rustic barn on the property with endless possibilities for photo shoots. The property also boasts two cute donkeys, landscaping, and a variety of colorful backdrops.

Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
