Welcome to my sunny and spacious downtown apartment located in the heart of Downtown San Diego's Historic Gaslamp Quarter. The unit is centrally located, just a couple of blocks to the convention center, bay, shops, restaurants/bars, and so much more!

Enjoy natural light, a large living room with a 50" Smart TV, wood floors, a dining table with 4 chairs, a beautiful up to date kitchen, 4 high top stools for the kitchen island, a free-weight rack, a Juliet balcony and multiple living plants. There are 2 functioning bathrooms in the unit. There is also a bedroom listed in the photos which can be available for use upon approval. The building is wheel chair friendly and has ramps which is convenient for loading / unloading production equipment. PERFECT for production crews.
With ample space, my apartment is perfect for: Video shoots, photo shoots, team meetings, off-sites, presentations and anything else your team comes up with!

Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
